 To consume it, you must first make a decoction of apple vinegar. For which you heat 1 cup of water in a pan and put 1 small piece of ginger in it and boil it.


After this, add 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon turmeric and cook well for a while. After cooking, cool it and drink it after adding ice

If you do not want to make the decoction, then to lose weight, mix 2 teaspoons of vinegar in 1 glass of warm water and drink on an empty stomach. You will also benefit greatly from this.
